One of the defining moments in my career was leading the development and implementation of Luxembourg’s national strategy in biomedical life sciences—a challenge that ignited my love for strategic development. This experience set the stage for my return to the private sector, where I channel my global expertise to help companies refine their visions and achieve transformative goals, with a strong focus on ESG integration and sustainability.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve also embraced roles as a non-executive board member across a spectrum of listed companies, public institutions, & non-profits. These roles have sharpened my leadership skills & broadened my perspective, enriching my ability to navigate complex challenges with creativity & insight.
